Pick a card…

A number of times I have been requested by customers and retail outlets alike for a range of postcards. I was one of those people who thought that the sending of such cards had gone out of fashion, replaced by emails, tweets etc but apparently not. It seems that they are very popular still with holidaymakers and those who just like to collect simple momentos of a visit.

Well now I have answered those requests by producing a range of 12 A6 sized Teesdale Postcards, all printed on recycled card.

Teesdale Postcards

I have selected 12 iconic images from the dale where I live. I am spoilt for choice with subject matter so narrowing down the contenders to just twelve was not easy. Locations such as High Force and Barnard Castle will always be popular but then so are other subjects such as The Bowes Museum etc.

Barnard Castle in the evening sun was one that I had to include, especially as it has been thrown into the limelight by the antics of Dominic Cummings….perhaps I should send him a card…..”Wish you were here!” 🙂

Stockists as at 29.8.20:

Teesdale Cheesemakers Barnard Castle Post Office, Star Flowers Barnard Castle, Cronins Newsagents Staindrop, Cross Lanes Organic Farm, Ivy Hall Campsite, Bowes, Thorpe Farm near Greta Bridge, Coghlans, Barningham, Bowes Museum shop. The Village Bookshop, Middleton in Teesdale.

If you are a retail outlet in Teesdale and would be interested in stocking these cards then do feel free to get in touch.

I also have added a new section here on the website so that the cards may be bought online, so why not have a look at the Teesdale Postcards section.

More designs and locations will be added in the future.

Thanks for reading.
